THE BAKERISM uses Nakazawa 47 Fresh Cream directly imported from Hokkaido as a key ingredient of all shortcakes,
to achieve a higher smoothness cream texture and more natural dairy flavour, in exchange, the cream might be rather less resistance to heat.
